摘　　要：目的探讨抗病毒治疗对艾滋病(AIDS)患者HIV的抑制效果及其护理方法。方法将176例接受抗病毒治疗的AIDS患者随机分为观察组与对照组各88例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组的依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组的CD4+T淋巴细胞计数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的HIV完全抑制率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗病毒治疗艾滋病可获得良好的抑制效果,配合综合护理干预可增强患者的治疗依从性,提高CD4+T淋巴细胞计数及HIV抑制效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect on HIV in AIDS patients and their nursing methods. Methods A total of 176 AIDS patients receiving antiviral therapy were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group, with 88 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The treatment compliance rate in observa- tion group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the interven- tion, the CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte count in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. The complete inhibition rate of HIV in observation group was signifi- cantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Antiviral therapy in AIDS pa- tients have good inhibitory effect, and combination with comprehensive nursing intervention can en- hance compliance, increased CD4＋ T lymphocyte count and HIV inhibitory effect, so it should be widely applied.
