风湿免疫病患者应用生物制剂的综合性护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理在风湿免疫病患者生物制剂应用中的效果。方法将1188例采用生物制剂治疗的患者按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各594例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用系统的综合性护理干预。比较2组患者的不良反应发生率、护理满意度及患者焦虑度。结果观察组皮下注射不良反应发生率0.67%,无输液不良反应发生,对照组不良反应发生率2.53%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作满意率为97.78%,显著优于对照组93.32%(P<0.01)。观察组患者焦虑情绪评分(18.42±5.20)分,显著低于对照组(27.61±6.31)分,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论针对生物制剂治疗的患者进行综合性护理干预,可以显著降低药物不良反应发生率及患者的焦虑情绪,提升患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing on the appli- cation of biological agents in patients with rheumatic autoimmune disease. Methods A total of 1188 patients treated with biological agents were divided into control group and observation group according to the hospitalization orders, 594 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine nursing while observation group with systematic comprehensive nursing interventions. The rate of adverse response, satisfactory degree of nursing and anxiety degree were compared between two groups. ResuLts The rate of adverse response due to subcutaneous injection was 0.67 % in ob- servation group （without transfusion-associated adverse response）, evidently higher than the 2.53 % in control group, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. In addition, the satisfactory de- gree of nursing was 97.78 % in observation, markedly higher than the 93.32 % in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. However, the score of anxiety in observation group was （18.42 ± 5.20） points, obviously lower than the （ 2 7.6 1 ± 6.3 1 ） points in control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients treated with biological agents, comprehensive nursing interven- tions can effectively reduce the agent-associated adverse responses and anxiety and improve the pa- tients＇ satisfactory degree of nursing.
