摘　　要：目的探讨术后化疗联合黄芪颗粒对中晚期胃癌患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响。方法选取42例中晚期胃癌患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组各21例,对照组采取单纯术后化疗,观察组给予术后化疗联合黄芪颗粒治疗,对比2种治疗方案的疗效、对患者生活质量及免疫功能指标的影响。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),免疫功能相关指标优于对照组(P<0.05),KPS评分(卡氏生活质量评分)显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中晚期胃癌患者在术后化疗基础上加用黄芪颗粒可显著改善免疫功能及生存状况,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of postoperative chemotherapy combined with huangqi granule on quality of life and immune function in patients with medium and advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 42 patients with medium and advanced gastric cancer were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group, 21 cases in each group. The control group was given postoperative chemotherapy only, while the observation group was treated with postoper- ative chemotherapy and huangqi granule. Therapeutic effect, quality of life and immune function in- dexes were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate, related indicators of immune function and KPS score were significantly better in the observation group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with medium and advanced gastric cancer, postoperative chemotherapy combined with huangqi granule can significantly improve survival status and immune function, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
