后腹腔镜下切开取石后置入双J输尿管支架管的围术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的 总结后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石后置入双J输尿管支架管的围术期护理体会。方法 收集20例输尿管上段结石患者的病例资料,总结心理护理、一般护理、感染护理以及围术期的护理体会和患者的转归情况。结果 所有患者随访6~12个月,平均（9.6±1.8）月。术后3个月内尿路感染2例,双J管脱出1例。结论 合理有效的综合护理干预能够明显提高整体护理服务水平,其对治疗效果、促进患者康复均起到重要的作用。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of double ＂J＂ ure- thral stent placement in patients with ureterolithotomy by retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Methods Clinical materials of 20 patients with upper urethral calculi were collected. Nursing experience such as psychological nursing, general nursing, nursing for infection and perioperative nursing as well as the patient＇s prognosis were summarized. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months with an average level of （9.6 ±1.8） months. In the 3 months after operation, there were two cas- es of urinary tract infection and one case of double ＂J＂ urethral prolapse. Conclusion Reasonable and effective comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the overall level of nurs- ing service. These nursing measures play an important role in promoting the effect of treatment and patients＇ rehabilitations.
