唑来膦酸注射液联合钙尔奇D600治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨唑来膦酸注射液联合钙尔奇D600治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析来我院就诊的骨质疏松症患者100例，根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50例，治疗组采用唑来膦酸注射液联合钙尔奇D600治疗，对照组仅单独使用钙尔奇D600治疗，比较2组患者治疗前后BMD值，VAS评分，血钙、磷和AKP变化，临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组治疗后腰部BMD较治疗前明显升高（P＜0．05），与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。2组治疗前后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），其中治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0．01）。治疗组治疗后血钙和血磷水平较治疗前明显升高（P均＜0．05），与对照组比较有显著性差异（P均＜0．05）。治疗组显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P均＜0．05）。在治疗过程中，治疗组患者出现肌肉痛2例，疲劳3例；对照组便秘4例，腹泻3例。给予相应处理后均能继续治疗。2组患者均未发现肝肾功能及血常规的异常变化。结论：唑来膦酸注射液联合钙尔奇D600片治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效确切，安全性高，是临床防治骨质疏松症的一种有效方法。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zoledronic acid injection combined Caltrate D600 in treatment of osteoporo-sis.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 100 patients in our hospital osteoporosis, according to the different treatment methods into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases in each group, the treatment group received zoledronic acid injection combined with Cal-trate D600 treatment, The control group used alone Caltrate D600 treatment, changes of BMD values, VAS score, serum calcium, phos-phorus and AKP, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment of patients.Results：After treatment before lumbar BMD was significantly higher than before treatment （P〈0.05）, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05） and the con-trol group.VAS scores before and after treatment were significantly （P〈0.01）, after which the treatment group, VAS scores than the control group （P〈0.01）.After treatment, calcium and phosphorus levels than before treatment was significantly higher （P〈0.05） com-pared with the control group, there were significant differences （ P〈0.05） .Treatment group was efficient and the total effective rate was significantly higher （P〈0.05）.During treatment, patients treated two cases of muscle pain, fatigue, three cases,2 cases of fever;4 ca-ses in the control group constipation, diarrhea three cases.Able to continue treatment after appropriate treatment.Two groups of patients were not found abnormal changes in liver and kidney function and blood.Conclusion：Zoledronic acid injection combined Caltrate D600 clinical efficacy in the treatment of osteoporosis should be precise, safe, an effective method of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
