摘　　要：对飞机座椅某型双向传爆机构强度试验、气密功能试验、试打火试验及关键组装组合工具设计使用等主要因素进行了工艺分析;对加工制造过程工艺设计、试验方法、夹具制作及注意事项进行深入探索,对于该产品生产制造具有较强的指导、应用意义。The technology analysis was made for strength test of two-way explosive mechanism of aircraft seat, air tightness test, ignition test and the key combination tool design and use. The process scheme design, test method, making fixture and the matters needing attention were explored. These have certain instructional significance and application to production and manufacture for the product.
