摘　　要：现在墨西哥有相当数量的金属矿山正开工生产,其中Tizapa矿山由日本企业斥资,以生产金属锌为主。此矿山自1994年开工以来,已经过去20年。前阶段,伴随着经济不景气,金属行情也处于低迷状态,但这并不影响此矿山生产量的扩张。日本对于此矿山的开发,从勘探阶段到开发阶段,日本的金属矿业集团组织专业人员参加。此矿山的操作也为其周边地区做出了贡献,包括墨西哥当地经济以及提供就业机会。与此同时,该矿山的顺利扩产也为日本带来了有色金属稳定供给。此矿山的事例可以为我国的企业提供成功及失败的参考。Several amounts of non-ferrous metal mines have started operation in Mexico, among which, Tizapa mine mainly focuses on zinc production, invested and supported by Japanese company. In the past 20 years from the starting year of 1994, the mine was in the doldrums along with the overall economic slowdown; however, it does not affect zinc production expansion severely. During the process of mine exploration period, Japan metal mining group provided professional and strong support to them. The mining operation brings several employment opportunities to the local area, and the mine expansion also stabilized the non-ferrous metals supply to Japan in return. The success and failure of this mine can provide a reference and an example to some Chinese enterprises.
