摘　　要：目的估计上海市闵行地区暗娼人群规模,为制定暗娼人群艾滋病干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,在上海市闵行社区人群中招募调查对象,并进行问卷调查,利用网络规模迭加法（NSUM）估计暗娼人群的规模。结果共调查2888人,其中男性1471人,女性1417人,平均年龄为（40.92±11.60）岁。初步估计上海市闵行区居民社交网络规模均值为195人,经调整校正后为126人。进一步依据网络规模迭加法估计,可得该区暗娼人群规模为12 579人[95%可信区间（CI）：10 031～15 126],约占上海市闵行区常住女性人数的2.4%。结论上海市闵行区的暗娼人群规模较大,应重视暗娼这类高危人群的艾滋病防治工作。Objective To estimate the population size of female sex workers in Minhang district,Shanghai and to provide reference for HIV intervention.Methods A multiple stages random sampling method was used to recruit eligible participants among general population in Minhang district,Shanghai,and the questionnaire interviews were used to collect information.The population size of female sex workers was further estimated by network scale-up method.Results A total of 2888 subjects,including 1471 male and 1417 female,were finally interviewed,and the mean age of the subjects was（40.92±11.60）year.The average social network size of studied subjects from Minhang district was 195.After the adjustment,it turned out to be 126.Based on the estimation of network scale-up method,the population size of female sex workers was 12579（95%CI：10031-15126）,which accounted for 2.4% of the total number of female residents.Conclusion The population size of female sex workers in Minhang district was large and more attention should be paid to HIV/AIDS control and prevention among the high-risk population.
