摘 要:为克服高分子粘结耐热炸药药柱尺寸变化导致石油射孔弹药型罩反弹的弊病,西安近代化学研究所研制了一种不含高分子黏结剂的HMX基耐热炸药。按照GJB 772A—97和GB/T 20489—2006对其性能进行了研究,结果表明:其撞击感度为40%,摩擦感度为28%;密度为1.694 g·cm-3时,抗压强度为7.84 MPa;密度为1.807 g·cm-3时,爆速为8 709 m·s-1,高于H781炸药;真空安定性和耐热性能与H781炸药相当;平均穿深较H781高出5%。In order to overcome the rebound disease of the shaped charger liner of oil perforator caused by the measurement change of the PBX explosive grain,one kind of HMX-based heat-resistance explosive without polymer binder was developed by Xi'an modem chemistry research institute. The performance of new style HMX-based heat- resistance explosive was studied by means of GJB 772A--7 and GB/T 20489--2006. The results show that the impact sensitivity is 40% ,and friction sensitivity is 28%. The compressive strength is 7.84 MPa when the density is 1. 694 g · cm-3. The detonation velocity is 8 709 m· s-1 when the density is 1. 807 g ·cm-3. The vacuum sta- bility and heat-resistance property match H781 explosive. The average of penetration depth of new style HMX-based heat-resistance explosive is 5% more than H781 explosive.
