摘　　要：目的 :研究基于自我管理为导向的5A护理模式对提高晚期前列腺癌患者自我效能的作用。方法 :选择80名晚期前列腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组运用自我管理为导向的5A护理模式进行有中医特色的慢病管理,对照组采用常规门诊随访管理模式,运用一般自我效能感量表和满意度评分比较两组患者自我效能及患者满意度情况。结果 :干预后两组患者自我效能、满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组。结论 :基于自我管理为导向的5A模式能提高晚期前列腺癌患者自我效能及满意度。Objective： To explore the effect on self-efficacy with advanced prostate cancer patients by chronic disease management based on self-management model oriented 5A. Methods： Totally 80 outpatients with advanced prostate cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the experimental group using the self-management model oriented 5A based on Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristics and chronic disease management, the control group with conventional outpatient using follow-up management. We used the general self-efficacy scale to analysis the two groups self-efficacy and satisfaction situation. Results： The two groups in the self-efficacy, satisfaction were significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Based on the self-management model oriented 5A significantly increased self-efficacy and patient satisfaction with advanced prostate cancer patients.
