手部烧伤康复护理干预模式的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨手部烧伤康复护理干预模式的效果。方法 :将2013年3-10月在福建省某三级甲等医院烧伤科住院的60例手部深度烧伤患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。对照组给予常规康复护理措施,实验组则按制定的手部烧伤康复护理干预模式实施干预。两组于出院时采取关节角度尺和握力计评定手指关节总活动度和握力;出院后3个月随访手功能情况、手部畸形发生率及复工率。结果 :出院时实验组握力、手指关节总活动度整体水平、畸形率和复工率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院3个月后患者主观评价中实验组手部总体功能、日常活动情况、工作情况、外观及满意情况5个维度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :手部烧伤康复护理干预模式有利于促进手部深度烧伤患者手部功能恢复,减少手部畸形发生率,帮助患者重返工作岗位,提高患者主观满意度。Objective: To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention model.Methods: Totally 60 patients cases with deep hand burns from a local tertiary hospital at Shenzhen were collected (from Mar 2013 to Oct 2013),randomly divided into control and experimental groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine measures,and the experimental group received the rehabilitation nursing intervention.The grip power and Total Active Movement (TAM) of two groups were measured at discharge using joint Angle ruler and hand-dynamometer to evaluate total joint activity and grip strength.Follow up visit after at 3 month of discharge were done to assess hand function,deformity,and restoration.Results: Before discharge the grip power and TAM of the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Deformity,restoration,daily activities,hand appearance,and patients' satisfaction all rated signiifcant better in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05) at the follow up after 3 month of discharge.Conclusions: Rehabilitation nursing intervention model is beneifcial to improve hand function,decrease the incidence of hand deformity,help patients to quickly go back to normal function and resume work and improve patient satisfaction.
