摘  要:目的探讨双水平正压通气(Bi PAP)对慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)急性加重期患者的血气指标和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法 118例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各59例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组除了常规治疗外,实施双水平正压通气。观察两组患者治疗前后的血气和CRP的改变情况。结果观察组治疗后p H值、动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)和CRP水平与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Bi PAP通气能够改善慢性肺心病急性加重期患者的血气指标,降低C反应蛋白水平,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate influence of bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) ventilation on blood gas index and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of 118 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received additional bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation. Changes of blood gas index and CRP in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, there were statistically significant differences of pH value, arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), and CRP between the observation group and the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion BiPAP ventilation can improve blood gas index and reduce C-reactive protein level in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. It is worthy of reference.
