小儿麻醉诱导期舒芬太尼对七氟醚镇静作用的影响分析

摘　　要：目的：观察分析小儿麻醉诱导期舒芬太尼对七氟醚镇静作用的影响。方法120例麻醉诱导患儿，根据用药方式分为对照组和试验组，各60例。对照组给予七氟醚麻醉诱导，试验组给予舒芬太尼和七氟醚麻醉诱导，观察比较两组患儿的麻醉效果和镇静效果。结果试验组的意识消失时间、允许气管插管操作时间均优于对照组；给药后1~3 min试验组的脑电双频指数（BIS）均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿麻醉诱导期舒芬太尼对七氟醚麻醉诱导的影响较大，纠正镇静作用，改善麻醉效果，可在合理范围内进一步推广应用。ObjectiveTo observe and analyze influence of sufentanil on sedation effect of sevoflurane in pediatric anesthesia induction period.MethodsA total of 120 children patients receiving anesthesia induction were divided by their drug administration methods into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received sevoflurane for anesthesia induction, and the experimental group received sufentanil and sevoflurane for anesthesia induction. Anesthetic effect and sedation effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe experimental group had better unconsciousness time and allowing tracheal intubation operation time than the control group, and its bispectral index （BIS） in 1~3 min after drug administration was lower than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionSufentanil has huge influence on sedation effect of sevoflurane in pediatric anesthesia induction period. It can correct sedation effect and improve anesthetic effect, and it is worthy of further promotion and application in rational area.
