“四冲穴”阴中隐阳刺法联合Schuell语言训练对缺血性脑卒中后失语的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨"四冲穴"阴中隐阳刺法联合Schuell语言训练治疗脑卒中后失语的疗效。方法:脑卒中后失语患者随机分为对照组38例及治疗组36例。对照组单纯采用Schuell语言训练,治疗组采用"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法配合Schuell语言训练,共4周。结果:两组患者治疗总疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组失语症患者治疗后比较,在口语表达、阅读能力方面有显著性差异(P<0.01);在日常生活语言沟通能力评分中有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:"四冲穴"阴中隐阳刺法联合Schuell治疗缺血性卒中后失语有较好效果,值得进一步推广。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Sichong Point Yinzhong Yinyang acupuncture com-bined with Schuell language training on post-stroke aphasia.Methods：Patients with aphasia caused by cere-bral stroke were randomly divided into a control group with 38 cases and a treatment group with 36 cases.The control group was with simple Schuell language training, and the treatment group received Sichong Point Yinzhong Yinyang acupuncture combined with the Schuell language training, a total of 4 weeks.Results：The＆amp;nbsp;efficacy of the treatment in two groups was compared,and there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）.In the treatment group and in the control group before and after treatment according to the aphasia and oral expression , there was a significant difference in reading ability （ P〈0.01 ）; as to the language ability in daily life, there was a significant difference （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion：Sichong Point Yinzhong Yinyang acupuncture combined with Schuell language training in the treatment of aphasia after ischemic stroke has a good effect,which is worthy of further promotion.
