中医辨证联合针灸治疗带状疱疹遗留神经痛的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证联合针灸治疗带状疱疹遗留神经痛的疗效及安全性。方法:带状疱疹遗留神经痛患者140例根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组70例与对照组70例,两组都给予阿昔洛韦结合中医辨证治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用针灸治疗,连续治疗15天。结果:两组治疗后疼痛评分都呈现明显下降趋势(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组相比其疼痛评分更低(P<0.05)。治疗组的止痛即刻起效时间、结痂时间和疼痛开始缓解时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为98.6%,对照组的总有效率为90%,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗期间都没有出现严重不良反应,血肿、感染、呕吐、腹胀等不良反应发生少,经过对症处理后明显好转。结论:中医辨证联合针灸治疗带状疱疹遗留神经痛能有效缓解疼痛,改善临床症状,可提高总体疗效,安全性好,值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of TCM combined with acupuncture treatment for herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods：140 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia based on the principle of a random draw were equally divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups were treated by acyclovir combined with TCM treatment.On the basis of the above therapy,the treatment group was treated by acupunc-ture and the treatment in two groups was for 15 days.Results：After treatment, the pain scores in two groups showed a clear downward trend （P〈0.05）, while the pain scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05）.The immediate pain onset time, crusting time and relieving time in the treatment group were less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The effective rate was 98.6%in the treatment group,and in the control group it was 90%.There was a significant difference （P〈0.05）.Both groups had no seriously adverse events during the treatment, and hematoma, infection, vom-iting, abdominal distension and other adverse reactions occurred less.After symptomatic treatment the symptoms had significantly improved.Conclusion：TCM combined with acupuncture treatment for herpes zoster neuralgia can effectively relieve pain and improve clinical symptoms and can improve the overall efficacy,which is safe and should be widely applied.
