摘　　要：目的:评价针灸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的有效性与安全性。方法:计算机检索近10年来针灸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床随机对照试验,对纳入文献进行方法学质量评估,并作Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇中文文献,755名受试者,针刺与西药对照试验9项,针刺与空白对照试验1项。10项研究的同质性好(χ2=4.49,P=0.88),合并效应量表明针灸治疗的总有效率高于对照组(OR=3.64,95%CI2.35-5.64,P<0.00001)。3项研究描述了不良反应的发生率,针灸较西药低(OR=0.60,95%CI0.02-0.18,P<0.00001);1项试验报道了6个月后DGP的复发率,结果表明针灸低于西药(OR 0.12,95%CI 0.02-0.57,P=0.008)。结论:针灸可提高DGP治疗的有效率,安全性好,疗效更稳定,但仍需进一步研究以验证其可靠性。Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture therapy for treating diabetic gastr-oparesis（ DGP） .Methods：Random-controlled trials （ RCTs） involving acupuncture therapy for DGP in recent decade were seeked by computers,and the methodological quality of the eligible trials was evaluated in this sys-tematic review, and Meta-analysis was performed.Results：The inclusive 10 articles were all randomized con-trolled trials, containing 755 patients of DGP, and reported in Chinese,with low methodological quality.Data of included trials were Meta-analyzed or descriptively analyzed.The whole data analysis indicated that acupunc-ture therapy was more effective and stable and safer than that in the control group.Conclusion：The evidence shows that the acupuncture therapy can improve the effectiveness for the treatment of DGP.Besides, standardi-zing evaluation of clinical efficacy will be helpful to enhance the acupuncture therapy for treating DGP.
