摘　　要：本研究较系统、全面地总结了全国名老中医赖新生教授运用针灸治痛40余年的临床经验,将其归纳为分辨经脏法、清热泻血法、温经通阳法、交经疏脉法、扶正养元法、调神抑痛法、通督祛风法和补虚安络法,分析了赖教授针灸治痛八法的理论渊源,并列举了4个典型案例。This article has systematically and comprehensively summarized the clinical experience over 40 years of Prof.LAI Xin-sheng, a reputed TCM doctor in the treatment of pain via acupuncture and moxibustion.It has summed up the following 8 methods： differentiation of meridians and viscera method, heat clearing and blood letting method, warming meridians and activating Yang method, dredging meridians and channels meth-od, strengthening the body residence and reinforcing vitality method, regulating mind and restraining pain meth-od, dredging the governor meridian and dispelling the wind method, tonifying deficiency and relieving collater-als method.It has also analyzed the theoretical origins of Prof.LAI’ s eight methods for pain treatment via acu-puncture and moxibustion, and has listed four typical cases as well.
