摘 要:目的:观察电针联合康复训练对大鼠受压坐骨神经微血管生成的影响。方法:参照经典Mackinnon大鼠坐骨神经卡压模型制作动物模型,40只大鼠完全随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组10只,2周后,A组(对照组)仅去除卡压;B组(康复训练组)去除卡压后行康复训练;C组(电针组)去除卡压后行电针治疗;D组(康复训练加电针组)去除卡压后行康复训练加电针治疗。术后第3周各组治疗结束。观察各组大鼠大体情况、坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)、卡压神经中段标本CD34、VEGF表达。结果:B、C、D组SFI恢复程度均大于A组(P<0.05);B、C、D组之间比较,D组SFI恢复程度明显大于B组与C组(P<0.05)。B、C、D组CD34、VEGF表达明显高于A组(P<0.05);B、C、D组之间比较,D组CD34、VEGF表达明显高于B组与C组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合康复训练可以有效促进大鼠受压坐骨神经微血管生成,进而促进神经再生与功能恢复。Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on neu-ral micro-angiogenesis in rats with sciatic nerve compression.Methods:According to the rat models with sciat-ic nerve compression designed by Mackinnon , forty male SD rats were chosen and randomly divided into 4 groups ( n =10 ): group A, group B, group C and group D.After 2 weeks, compression was removed in 4 groups, and no treatment was given in group A;rehabilitation training was used in group B;electroacupuncture was adopted in group C;electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training was used in group D.3 weeks after treatment, the sciatic nerve function index ( SFI) and the expressions of CD34,VEGF in the compression sciatic nerve of rats were measured.Results:The SFI recovery rate of group B, C and D was significantly higher than that of group A ( P〈0.05 ) , and the rate of group D was significantly higher than that of group B and C ( P〈0.05);the expression of CD34 and VEGF in the compression sciatic nerve of group B, C and D was sig-nificantly higher than that of group A ( P〈0.05) , and the expression of group D was significantly higher than that of group B and C ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve neural micro-angiogenesis in rats with sciatic nerve compression, thereby it can promote the nerve re-generation and functional recovery.
