摘　　要：血脑屏障是脑组织与周围环境进行物质交换的通道,对脑内环境稳态的维持起着重要作用。本研究综述了脑缺血再灌注血脑屏障损伤机制及针刺对其的影响,为缺血性脑血管病的治疗提供新的思路。Blood-brain barrier is an exchanged channel between brain and the surrounding environment, and plays a key role in maintaining the homeostasis of brain.This paper reviews the injury mechanism of blood-brain barrier due to post-ischaemic reperfusion and the intervention mechanism of acupuncture,in order to pro-vide a new way for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
