摘　　要：热敏信息记录材料在使用过程中会存在污染打印头问题。在护膜中加入高岭土填料,可以提高材料表面的膜强度,减小表面与打印头之间的摩擦系数,改善表面和打印头的匹配性,延长打印头的使用寿命。经验证,改进后样片的表观和性能正常。To solve adhesion printhead problem of thermal recording materials on mark pigments, to improve the strength of hardened samples, to reduce the friction coefficient matching et, we and to between the printhead and samples. Samples appearance and performance was normal.
