摘　　要：对1,2-二(乙氧羰基)肼的新工艺合成进行了研究,在乙醇钠作用下,以肼基甲酸乙酯、碳酸二乙酯为原料合成1,2-二(乙氧羰基)肼,讨论了反应物摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、p H值对反应收率的影响,并确定了最佳的工艺条件为:原材料摩尔比n(肼基甲酸乙酯):n(碳酸二乙酯)=1:1.05,反应温度78℃,反应时间2.5h,终点p H在5左右,产品收率为88.5%。此新工艺合成1,2-二(乙氧羰基)肼,原料清洁环保,操作简单,反应稳定,收率高。The technology of synthesizing 1,2-Dicarbethoxyhydrazine was studied,which obiected 1,2-Dicarbethoxyhydrazine as main raw materials, and the reaction time, reaction temperature and pH, the optimum condition of 1,2-Dicarbethoxyhydrazine were discussed. The results showed that the yield was up to 88.5% when ethanol was used as solvent, n（ethyl carbazate）：n（diethyl carbonate） =1 ： 1.05, the reaction temperature was controlled on 78~C, the reaction time was 2.5 h, and pH was about 5. The improved technology was reasonable and feasible because of its mild systhesis condition and simple operation, and a high yield.
