摘 要:【目的】利用响应面分析法优化金银花中绿原酸的回流提取工艺。【方法】在单因素实验的基础上采用响应面分析法考察料液比、提取溶剂、提取温度及其交互作用对绿原酸提取效果的影响。【结果】最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1:35,乙醇体积浓度72%,提取温度85℃。【结论】在最佳工艺条件下,金银花提取物中绿原酸的提取率均高于其他条件下的提取效果。[Objective] To optimize the extraction process of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle by response surface method. [ Methods ] Based on single factor tests, the effects of solid-liquid ratio, extraction solvent, extraction temperature and their interaction on chlorogenic acid extraction were studied by response surface method. [Results] The optimum conditions of extraction were as follows: 1:35 solid-liquid ratio, 72% ethanol, 85℃ extraction temperature. [Conclusion] The extraction rate of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle in optimum conditions is higher than those in other conditions. So the method provides a scientific basis for the industrial production of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle.
