护理干预对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者胃肠功能的影响(附84例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2013年10月我院收治的84例结直肠癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上加强护理干预,对比分析两组患者护理后的胃肠功能恢复情况、并发症发生情况以及患者对护理过程的满意程度情况。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复情况、术后至恢复出院时间、第一次肛门排气时间以及第一次肛门排便时间等胃肠功能指标恢复情况均明显优于对照组,同时观察组并发症发生率(4.76%)明显低于对照组患者的并发症发生率(30.95%),且观察组患者的满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者胃肠功能的影响意义重大,改善了患者的胃肠功能,减少并发症的发生,使患者更为满意,可以在临床上广泛应用。Objective To explore and analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the gastrointestinal function in patients underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital were selected and averagely divided into the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care,while patients in the experimental group were given nursing intervention,based on the routine nursing care.The recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients was compared and analyzed after the nursing intervention.The situations of complications and satisfaction of the patients in the nursing process were also compared and analyzed.Results The recovery of gastrointestinal function indexes of bowel sounds recovery after the operation till leaving hospital,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Meanwhile,the complication rate of the patients in the experimental group was 4.76%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（30.95%,P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effects of nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function in patients underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery is of great significance and can improve the gastrointestinal function of patient.In addition,it can reduce the occurrence of complications.Therefore,the patients are more satisfied.This method of nursing can be widely applied in clinic.
