摘　　要：目的回顾性分析Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗后发性白内障的疗效及安全。方法对52例(59眼)人工晶状体植入术后后发性白内障患者行Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗。结果 59眼一次手术成功,术后视力均有不同程度提高。结论 YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗后发性白内障简单、安全、有效。Objetive To analyze the efficacy and safety of Nd：YAG laser posterior capsulotomy in treatment of aftercataract cases . Method 52 after-cataract cases （ 59 eyes ） of intraocular lens implantation were treated by Nd：YAG laser posterior eapsulotomy. Results The treatment was successfully conducted on one session in 59 eyes. The final visual acuity was improved in varying degrees in all eases. Conclusion Nd：YAG laser posterior eapsulotomy is simple, safe and effective in treatment of after-cataract.
