摘 要:结合长沙国际金融中心项目,使用不同频率换能器在标准龄期内和不同养护条件下进行了3种强度等级混凝土标准试件超声与抗压强度试验,分别获得了龄期为7,14,21,28d的声速与抗压强度值,较详细地分析了龄期、换能器频率和养护条件对声速与抗压强度的影响,并采用两种数学模型建立了声速与抗压强度间的相关方程与曲线。结果表明,3种强度等级混凝土声速与抗压强度间均存在相关性,参照相关方程与曲线即可利用超声波仪实现施工现场混凝土强度快速、准确推定。Based on the project of Changsha International Financial Center, an experiment of ultrasonic testing and compressive strength for standard concrete samples which were made of three kinds of strength grades was carried out with different curing conditions and transducers. Finally, dates of velocity and compressive strength in 7, 14, 21 and 28 days were obtained. The impact on velocity and compressive strength caused by curing periods, transducers frequency and curing conditions was analyzed in detail, and also dependent equations between velocity and compressive strength were established by two mathematic models. The results indicate that exist correlations between concrete velocity and compressive strength. The strength of concrete can be calculated rapidly and accurately on site by applying ultrasonic detectors and referring to dependent equations and curves.
