摘　　要：根据JCI标准对手术器械质量管理的要求,针对医院手术器械使用和质量控制情况。通过设置清洗、配包、灭菌、供应室存储、申请、发放、接收、手术室存储、术前清点、术中记录、术后核对、回收12个关键业务节点,利用PDA和条形码等信息技术,实现手术器械全程闭环管理,责任全程可追溯。提高了手术器械的消毒灭菌质量,有效保障了患者的手术安全,信息充分共享,提高了工作效率,促进了手术器械管理由事后监督为主模式向事先预防为主模式的转变,提升了医疗质量和医疗安全水平,为医院的科学管理提供了有利保障。According to the requirements of the JCI standard operation equipment quality management, in view of our hospital operation equipment and quality control. By setting the cleaning, matches the package, sterilization, supply room storage, application, payment, receiving, storage, operation room, preoperative check, operation record, after checking, recovery of the 12 key business node, by means of PDA and bar code and other information technologies, and realize the fully closed marlagement operation instrument, liability traceability. Improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization operation equipment, effectively ensuring the operation safety of patients, full information sharing improve work efficiency, promote the operation equipment management by supervision afterwards change mode to advance prevention mode, to improve the medical quality and medical safety level, provide guarantee for the scientific management of hospital.
