摘　　要：目的:应用医院信息系统实现手术分级信息化、数字化管理,从而有效落实核心制度的执行,保证医疗质量安全。方法:研发手术分级管理系统,建立手术标准名称知识库、手术医生手术级别知识库和手术医生权限审批流程。结果:通过HIS对手术分级管理的自动监管可进一步规范诊疗行为。结论:基于临床信息系统建立健全手术分级管理系统,是持续改进医疗质量、提高效能的重要保证。Objective： To realize operation grading and digital management with the application of hospital information system （HIS）, so as to effectively implement the core system and ensure the medical quality and safety. Methods： Operation grading management system was developed, and the knowledge base of operation standard name and operation grades of the surgeons, and review and approval procedure of access permissions of the surgeons were established. Results： The automatic regulation of operation grading management with HIS can further standardize diagnosis and treatment behavior. Conclusion： The establishment and perfection of operation grading management system based on clinical information system are essential for the continuous improvement of medical quality and efficiency.
