元数据在医院信息共享中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:在分析卫生信息领域的"信息孤岛"问题的基础上,探讨如何实现医院信息共享。方法:结合元数据的特性、设计原则及其数据模型,设计了基于电子病历的元数据元素,构建了基于元数据的医院信息资源共享系统架构。结果:通过医院信息资源共享系统,实现了用户从统一的入口访问元数据库和源数据源,同时分布的数据通过统一的接口实现数据传输和交换。结论:基于元数据的医院信息共享系统,打破各异构系统之间的隔阂,为医院管理者进行决策支持提供了分析数据。Objective： Based on the analyzing the ＂information island＂ of the health information field, to discuss how to implement hospital information sharing. Methods： According to the characteristic, design principles and data model of metadata, the metadata elements based on electric medical record is designed, and the hospital information resource sharing system architecture based on metadata is built. Results： Through the hospital information sharing system, a unified entrance is designed for the access of the metadata repository and the data source, and a unified interface is realized for the transfer and exchange of distribution data. Conclusion： The hospital information sharing system based on metadata has broken the barriers among the varions heterogeneous systems, and providing analytical data for decision support.
