摘　　要：目的:对沈阳军区总医院医保系统进行优化,解决目前出现的性能瓶颈。方法:从性能优化实际出发,分析Oracle数据库的数据更新过程与重做日志机制,通过调整日志文件的方式提高医保系统的性能。结果:系统响应时间明显缩短,性能得到显著提升。结论:实践证明,能够提升系统的稳定性以及事务处理能力,调整方案切实有效。Objective： To optimize the medical insurance management system in order to solve the performance bottleneck. Methods： Based on the exercise of performance optimization of medical insurance management system, we analyzed the data update process and the redo log mechanism of Oracle database, and then improved the performance of the system by the method of tuning redo log. Results： The system response time is shortened obviously and the perfonnance is improved significantly. Conclusion： It has been found that our readjustment plan was feasible and effective.
