摘　　要：随着信息化的快速发展,医院信息化发展迫在眉睫。要想在有限的医疗资源中占有一席之地,必须加强医院信息化建设,提升医院的软实力。医院2014年信息化系统建设实施方案,详细介绍门诊业务流程及住院业务流程,最后总结医院信息系统在建设运行中出现的问题及解决办法。With the rapid development of information technology, the hospital informationization development is extremely urgent. To win a place in the limited medical resources, the construction of hospital informatization must be strengthened, and the hospital＇s soft power must be improved. The hospital＇s information system construction and implementation plan in 2014 is made. It introduces the business process of outpatient service and hospitalization, and finally summarizes problems and solutions of the hospital information system in the construction and operation.
