摘  要:目的探讨优质护理服务在消化性溃疡所致上消化道出血患者中的应用价值。方法将150消化性溃疡所致上消化道出血患者随机分为2组,每组75例。对照组给予消化科常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理服务。分别采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和Nottingham健康量表对2组患者心理状态及生活质量进行评分,比较护理干预前后的心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组心理正常患者比例显著高于对照组,而中重度焦虑患者比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组生活质量各维度评分均较干预前明显下降(P<0.01),但观察组干预后生活质量改善情况、护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论优质护理服务能有效缓解消化性溃疡所致上消化道出血患者的抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪,改善生活质量,增加护患关系。Objective To explore the value oi high-quahty nursmg m the patients witn up per gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) due to peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 150 patients with peptic ulcer-induced UGIB were randomly divided into 2 groups, 75 cases for each group, control group was treated with routine nursing in Department of Gastroenterology, on which basis observation group was added with high-quality nursing. Zung self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Nottingham health scale were used to evaluate the psychological condition and quality of life (QOL) in both groups so as to compare the psychological condition, QOL and satisfactory degree of nursing before and after interventions between two groups. Results After interventions, observation group was evidently higher in the ratio of patients with normal psychology but apparently lower in the ratio of patients with severe anxiety than control group (P 〈 0.01 ), and each dimension of QOL decreased markedly in both groups than intervention before (P 〈 0.01 ). However, the improvement of QOL and satisfactory degree of nursing were significantly higher in observation group than in control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively relieve the negative emotions (depression and anxiety), improve the QOL and strengthen the nurse-patient relationship for patients with peptic ulcer induced UGIB.
