两种封管液对留置针患者静脉炎及堵管情况的影响

摘　　要：目的比较生理盐水和肝素封管在留置针中的应用效果。方法将采用留置针的120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组采用生理盐水封管,观察组采用肝素封管,比较2组静脉炎、堵管发生率以及舒适度、护理满意度。结果观察组的堵管率低于对照组,留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组静脉炎的发生情况无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在疼痛、睡眠障碍、饮食障碍等方面的舒适度高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝素封管能够减少堵管的发生,延长留置针的留置时间,提高舒适度,值得推广。Objective To compare the application effect heparin sodium sealing and Saline sealing in indwelling needle patients. Methods 120 indwelling needle patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was used saline sealing, the observation group was used heparin sodium sealing, and the incidence of phlebitis, tube blocking and comfort, nursing satisfaction were compared. Results Plugging rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the indwelling time was longer than that in the control group, there were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The occurrence of phlebitis in the two groups had no statistically significant difference （P 〉0.05）. Comfort in pain, sleep disorders, eating disorders in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, there were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Heparin sodium sealing can reduce thepipe blockage, prolong the indwelling time, improve comfort, so it is worthy of promotion.
