气隙谐波对凸极发电机影响研究

摘　　要：从隔爆型无刷励磁同步发电机工作原理出发,设计了凸极发电机模型的主要参数。在发电机具有开口槽和无开口槽时,研究了它们各自磁场分布及气隙磁密的谐波。并且分析了工程中加工转子外圆,增大气隙时,气隙高次谐波对发电机影响研究。最后,提出了工程中常用两种处理谐波过高的方法。From the operation principle of flameproof brushless excitation synchronous generators, the main performance of salient - pole generators is designed. While the slots of generators are open or close, their harmonics of magnetic field distribution and gap magnetic flux density are studied. The infuence of generator by higher harmonics when the air gap is increasing is analyzed. Finally, two kinds of method for handling the problem of high harmonic in engineering are put forward.
