参附注射液联合参麦注射液对麻醉恢复的影响

摘　　要：背景：参附注射液能提高大脑皮质的兴奋性，而参麦注射液也能起到抗疲劳的作用。目的：探索参附注射液联合参麦注射液麻醉患者的影响。方法：将62例麻醉患者分为参附注射液组（A组）（n=20）、参附注射液＋参麦注射液组（B组）（n=20）和对照组（C组）（n=22）。3组患者在手术结束时静脉及吸入麻醉停止，并在5min内完成药物注射。A组患者经颈静脉注射1mL／kg参附注射液，B组患者经颈静脉注射1mL／kg参附注射液，外周静脉注射1mL／kg参麦注射液。C组患者注射100mL生理盐水。结果与结论：与C组相比，A组和B组患者呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、睁眼时间及离开恢复室时间缩短（P〈0．05），术后30min时Glasgow昏迷评分和术后0，30min环磷酸腺苷，环磷酸鸟苷增加（P〈0．05），且A组和B组患者上述指标差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。提示参附注射液和参麦注射液能促进麻醉后的恢复。BACKGROUND, Shenfu Injection （SFI） can enhance the excitability of cerebral cortex. Shenmai Injection （SMI） can resist the fatigue. OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effect of SFI combined with SMI on patient＇s general anesthesia. METHODS： A total of 62 patients were divided into three groups： SFI group （n=20; group A）, SFI and SMI group （n=20; group B）, and control group （n=22; group C）. Intravenous and inhalation anesthesia in all patients were terminated when the surgery was completed, and corresponding drugs were injected within 5 minutes. Group A： 1 mUkg SFI was injected through the jugular vein. Group B： 1 mL/kg SFI was injected through the jugular vein and 1 mL/kg SMI was injected through peripheral vein. Group C： 100 mL normal saline was infused. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION： Compared with group C, the respiratory recovery time, the extubation time, the eyes opening time, and the time of leaving recovery room were shorter in groups A and B （P 〈 0.05）. The GCS coma score at 30 minutes postoperatively and the cyclic adenosine monophosphate/cyclic guanosine monophosphatea at 0 and 30 minutes postoperatively in groups A and B were higher than group C （P 〈 0.05）, but there was no significant difference between group A and group B （P 〉 0.05）. Experimental findings indicate that SFI and SMI can promote the recovery of general anesthesia.
