硫酸软骨素和壮骨关节丸联合治疗关节痛

摘　　要：背景：目前，中国的人口老龄化在逐渐加剧，人口基数过大，患有骨性关节炎的患者也会逐渐增加，而关节疼痛又是影响患者生活质量的主要症状。目的：观察评价硫酸软骨素和壮骨关节丸联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎关节痛的临床疗效。方法：将膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为2组，治疗组应用硫酸软骨素和壮骨关节丸治疗，对照组单纯应用双氯芬酸钠治疗，依据膝关节骨性关节炎临床症状判定标准，以治疗前后评分之差作为此次研究的疗效判断依据。结果与结论：试验联合应用硫酸软骨素和壮骨关节丸两种药物对骨性关节炎关节痛的治疗进行了临床观察，硫酸软骨素与壮骨关节丸的联合应用对骨性关节炎关节痛的治疗效果优于单纯应用双氯芬酸钠，对改善早、中期骨关节炎患者的机体功能有一定的疗效。Background： Now the chinese aging population increased gradually, large population, patients with osteoarthritis patients will also increase gradually, and joint pain is the main symptoms of influencing the quality of life. Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and evaluate the treatment of joint pain combined with the application of the chondroitin sulfate and zhuangguguanjie pills. Methods：All subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were used the chondroitin sulfate and Zhuangguguanjie pills, the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium. According to clinical symptoms standard of osteoarthritis, we can get the score difference before the treatment and after it as a basis for the study of curative effect. Results and conclusions ： The treatment test combined with the application of chondroitin sulfate and zhuangguguanjie pills on the joint pain of osteoarthritis in the clinical observation, the adverse reactions of the two drugs is less than NASIDs The therapeutic effect combined with chondroitin sulfate and zhuangguguanjie pills on the joint pain of osteoarthritis is better than the simple application of diclofenac sodium. We have a certain effect in the aspect of knee pain of the early and midterm osteoarthritis patients.
