支气管哮喘儿童血清25羟维生素D3和白细胞介素17的关系

摘  要:背景:研究发现,白细胞介素17和25羟维生素D3在支气管哮喘发病中扮演着重要的角色。目的:探索儿童支气管哮喘中自细胞介素17和25羟维生素D3是否存在关系。方法:收集80例支气管哮喘儿童和20名正常对照儿童的血清样本,使用放免法和酶联免疫吸附方法测量血清中白细胞介素17和25羟维生素D3并分析两者的相关性。结果与结论:与对照组相比,哮喘组儿童血清中白细胞介素17表达水平显著升高(P〈0.01),而25羟维生素D3表达水平明显降低(P〈0.01),同时发现哮喘组儿童血清中自细胞介素17表达水平和25羟维生素D3表达水平呈负相关(P〈0.01)。说明白细胞介素17和25羟维生素D3在儿童支气管哮喘的发病中重要作用。BACKGROUND: Previous studies found that both interleukin-17 and 25-(OH) D3 play significant roles in asthma. OBJECTIVE: To find if there is any association between interleukin-17 and 25-(OH) D3 in childhood asthma. METHODS: Serum samples from 80 children with bronchial asthma and 20 normal children were collected. The levels of 25-(O1-1) Dz and interleukin-17 in serum were measured by radioimmunoassay and ELISA. In addition, the correlation between 25-(OH) D3 and interleukin-17 was analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the control group, the level of intedeukin-17 in the asthma group was higher significantly (P 〈 0.01); however, the expression of 25 (OH) D3 was lower significantly (P 〈 0.01). In the asthma group, we found that the two factors were negatively correlated in the, asthma group (P 〈 0.01 ). The results suggest that intedeukin-17 and 25-(OH) D3 are rather important in the occurrence of childhpod asthma and display a significant clinical value to guide the treatment.
