颈椎侧块钛板螺钉内固定治疗颈椎骨折脱位的手术探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨颈椎钡4块钛板螺钉内固定治疗颈椎骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法：收集49例颈椎骨折脱位患者，分为观察组和对照组，每组患者20例。对照组患者进行常规手术治疗，观察组患者实施颈椎侧块钛板螺钉内固定治疗。结果：观察组患者术后治疗效果明显优于对照组患者，差异为显著性差异，（P〈O．05）差异有统计学意义。结论：颈椎侧块钛板螺钉内固定治疗颈椎骨折脱位患者效果更好，在临床上值得推广应用。Objective： to investigate the clinical effect of cervical lateral mass titanium plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of cervical fracture and dislocation. Methods：40 cases of cervi- cal spine fracture and dislocation were divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine operation, and the observation group was treated with cervical lateral mass titanium plate and screw internal fixation. Results： the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that Of the Control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：cervical lateral mass titanium plate and screw in- ternal fixation in the treatment of cervical fracture and dislocation with better results, worthy of pro- motion in clinical application.
