摘  要:目的了解市售花茶中微量元素铜、铁、锌的含量,旨在寻找一种简单、快速、高效的花茶中微量元素的前处理方法和检测方法,探讨微量元素与人体健康的关系。方法随机选取市售玫瑰、菊花、茉莉、千日红、勿忘我、桃花6种花茶,采用湿消化法消化样品,火焰原子吸收法测定待测样品中微量元素铜、铁、锌的含量,并对结果进行了分析比较。结果所采用方法的加标回收率为85.6%~104.8%,相对标准偏差<2%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。所选花茶中铜的含量为2.87 mg/kg^13.585 mg/kg,锌的含量为33.58 mg/kg^63.02 mg/kg,铁的含量为140.96 mg/kg^1 057.925 mg/kg。结论所选花茶中所含微量元素铜、锌、铁的含量适宜人体的需要,所用火焰原子吸收法对于测定铜、铁、锌元素具有分析速度快、准确度高、选择性好的特点,适合大量样品的分析测定。Objective To investigate the contents of copper( Cu),iron( Fe) and zinc( Zn) in scented tea,in order to find a simple,fast and efficient pretreatment method and detection method for detecting the trace elements in scented tea and explore the relationship between trace elements and human health. Methods Six kinds of scented tea were randomly selected,including rose,chrysanthemum,jasmine,gomphrena,forget me not and peach blossom. Wet digestion was performed to digest samples and flame atomic absorption spectrometry was carried out to detect the content of trace elements,copper,iron,zinc in samples,and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The recovery of standard addition was 85. 6%- 104. 8% with this method,the relative standard deviation( r) was less than 2%,with good accuracy and precision. The content of copper in the selected teas was among 2. 87 mg / kg- 13. 585 mg / kg,the content of zinc was among 33. 58 mg / kg- 63. 02 mg / kg and the content of iron was among 140. 96 mg / kg- 1 057. 925 mg / kg. Conclusion The containing of copper,zinc and iron is suitable for the needs of the human body in the scented tea,the flame atomic absorption method for the determination of copper,iron and zinc has the characteristics of fast speed,high accuracy and good selectivity,which can be used in the determination and analysis for a large number of samples.
