摘  要:目的探讨红细胞离体后,储存期内红细胞膜表面免疫分子CD58、CD59的变化。方法选取30份健康献血者的CPDA保存液保存的红细胞悬液,充分混匀,分6个组,每组分别装于一次性塑料小血袋中,每袋20 ml,置4℃±2℃储血专用冰箱中保存。分别于保存24 h、4 d、10 d、15 d、21 d、30 d时各取1小袋红细胞悬液,充分混匀,分别对红细胞表面免疫分子CD58、CD59的平均荧光强度进行检测。结果随着储存时间的延长,红细胞表面免疫分子CD58、CD59平均荧光强度逐渐减弱。结论在输血治疗中,除了纠正贫血、提高红细胞携氧能力外,还应考虑到对机体免疫功能的影响。Objective To investigate the CD58,CD59 changes of red blood cells in different preservation periods after sampling. Methods 30 cases of CPDA- saved red blood cell suspension from healthy blood donators were selected. After fully blending they were divided into six groups. Each group was respectively in small disposable plastic bags. There was 20 ml in every bag. They were stored in blood dedicated fridge under the temperature of 4 ℃ ± 2 ℃. One bag of red blood cell suspension was taken respectively after 24 h,4 d,10 d,15 d,21 d and 30 d. The average fluorescence intensity of CD58 and CD59 were detected after fully blending. Results As the extension of storage time,the average fluorescence intensity of CD58 and CD59 of red blood cell weakened gradually. Conclusion In the transfusion treatment,in addition to correct anemia,increase the oxygen carrying capacity of red cells,immune function should be taken into account the effects.
