3542例孕前女性TORCH感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解郑州市及周边地区孕前女性TORCH感染的状况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测本院2014年1月-2014年9月进行孕前检查的3 542例女性血清TORCH-Ig M抗体,并根据有无不良孕产史和居住地对感染结果进行回顾性分析。结果在3 542例孕前育龄期孕前女性中,TORCH-Ig M抗体阳性者19例,总阳性率为0.54%,其中弓形虫、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒及单纯疱疹病毒Ig M抗体阳性率分别为0.03%、0.06%、0.34%、0.11%。有不良孕产史孕前女性TORCH-Ig M阳性率与无不良孕产史组相比,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.138>0.05),农村与城市孕前女性TORCH-Ig M阳性率差异无统计学意义(P=0.325>0.05)。结论目前郑州市及其周边地区孕前女性总体TORCH感染率处于较低水平,根据TORCH感染特点及本地区现况,减少筛查项目,有助于节约医疗资源,缓解公共医疗压力。Objective To investigate the infection status of TORCH in women prior to pregnancy in Zhengzhou and the surrounding areas. Methods The serum TORCH- Ig M antigen of 3 542 childbearing age women for the determination prior to pregnancy at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2014 to September 2014 were detected with enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. Results on abnormal gestation history and residency were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all the 3 542 childbearing age women,there were 19 women with TORCH- Ig M positive antigen with the total positive rate of 0. 54%. The positive rates of Toxoplasma Ig M,rubella virus Ig M,cytomegalovirus Ig M,and herpes simplex virus Ig M antibody were respectively 0. 03%,0. 06%,0. 34% and 0. 11%. There was no statistical significance on the differences of positive rates between women with or without abnormal gestation history（ P = 0. 138〉 0. 05）,while,there was no statistical significance on the differences of the positive rates in women from rural area and from urban area（ P = 0. 325 〉0. 05）.Conclusion The infection rate of TORCH among the women before pregnant in Zhengzhou and the surrounding areas is relatively low. According to the infection features of TORCH and the status of it in this area,we should decrease the screening items in order to save medical resources,and alleviate the public health pressure.
