南宁地区地中海贫血筛查诊断结合孕前优生检查干预研究分析

摘　　要：目的了解南宁市六县六城区计划妊娠夫妇开展地中海贫血筛查诊断同时结合孕前优生健康检查中,生育风险发生的因素及生育风险发生率,以便更有针对性的开展我市生育风险夫妇的跟踪指导工作。方法对28 699对(57 398人)已婚计划妊娠的夫妇,进行免费地贫筛查诊断和孕前优生健康检查。结果 28 699对(57 398人)计划妊娠的夫妇中地贫筛查阳性率29.02%,地贫基因检出率23.24%,高危夫妇651对,终止中、重型地贫儿49例;检出生育风险夫妇16 730人,发生率29.15%。结论南宁市地贫基因检出率高,孕前优生健康检查生育风险夫妇的发生率高,应加强开展地贫知识宣传和孕前优生健康检查,在孕前人群中开展地贫筛查,对地贫高风险夫妇进行产前诊断,干预中、重型地贫儿出生。Objective：To learn the growth and risk factors of reproductive risk occurrence rate which pre pregnancy couples who carry out the screening and diagnosis of Thalassemia combined with pre pregnancy health examination in six counties and six districts of Nanning city,In order to more targeted for couples to have our risk tracking guidance. Methods：28 699 pairs of（57 398）married planned pregnancy couples,a free screening of Thalassemiadiagnosis and pre pregnancy health examination. Results：28 699 for（57 398）the positive rate of Thalassemia screening plan pregnancy couples 29.02%,Thalassemia gene detection rate of 23.24%,651 of high-risk couples,terminated in 49 cases,severe Thalassanemia.Detection of reproductive risk 16 730 couples,the incidence was 29.15%. Conclusion：Nanning City Thalassemia gene detection rate is high,the incidence of pre pregnancy checkups couple fertility risk high. We should strengthen the propaganda of knowledge of Thalassemia and pre pregnancy health examination. To carry out screening of Thalassemia in the crowd before pregnancy,prenatal diagnosis of Thalassemia couples at high risk of severe Thalassemia,intervention,a child was born.
