海口地区3820例儿童锌缺乏情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解海口市儿童的全血锌水平,为合理防治儿童锌缺乏提供参考。方法选取0~12岁海口市健康儿童3820例,将其按年龄分组,采用北京普析通用仪器有限责任公司生产的血液微量元素分析仪（型号MB5）及配套检测试剂盒检测全血锌水平,对结果进行统计分析。结果海口市受检男性儿童全血锌平均（72.99±14.58）μmol/L,女性儿童全血锌平均（72.82±15.40）μmol/L;受检儿童锌缺乏率为50.34%,其中男性儿童全血锌缺乏率为50.90%,女性儿童全血锌缺乏率为49.34%,男女儿童之间全血锌平均值和缺乏率均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;海口市0~12岁儿童年龄越大,全血锌缺乏发生率越低,全血锌缺乏高峰为1岁内的婴儿。结论海口市儿童锌缺乏是一相当普遍的问题,应引起高度的重视,建议定期检测微量元素锌,及时发现,早期治疗,以减少锌缺乏相关疾病的发生。Objective：To understand children′s whole blood zinc levels in haikou city,provide reference for reasonable prevention and treatment of children′s lack of Zinc. Methods：From haikou city healthy children aged 0 ~ 12 3820 cases,the grouping children by age,with Beijing′s analysis of general instrument co.,ltd.production of blood trace element analyzer（model MB5）and whole blood zinc levels matching detection kits,the results were analyzed. Results：Haikou city b.male children whole blood zinc average（72.99±14.58）μmol/L female children whole blood zinc average（40）in（72.82±15.40）μmol/L;Tested children zinc deficiency rate is 50.34%,male children whole blood zinc deficiency rate is 50.90%,female children whole blood zinc deficiency rate was 49.34%,whole blood and lack of zinc average rate between boys and girls had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）;Haikou city 0 ~ 12 years old children′s age,the lower the incidence of whole blood zinc deficiency,whole blood zinc lack of peak is within 1 year old baby. Conclusion：Haikou city children zinc deficiency is a fairly common problem,to think highly of it,suggest that regular detection of trace elements zinc,timely detection,early treatment,in order to reduce zinc deficiency related disease.
