摘　　要：将河北经济置于中国入世背景下进行研究会发现 ,河北经济近年尽管增长速度较快、结构调整力度加大、改革不断深化 ,但经济增长方式落后的问题仍未从根本转变。为此 ,河北必须认真研究入世给河北带来的机遇和挑战 ,并以入世为契机 ,采取积极有效的措施 ,切实推进河北经济增长方式的根本转变 ,促进河北经济持续、快速。Through the study of the economy in Hebei Province against the historical background of China's joining WTO,it can be seen that in spite of the fact that economy in Hebei has been developing rapidly and the steps of reform have been quickened,the way of developing economy is still rather backward.Therefore,a careful study must be made on the opportuniteis and challenges brought about by China's joining WTO,and effective measures must be taken accordingly to change its present way of developing economy so that Hebei's economy can make a great headway.
