摘 要:为解决加工灯罩效率低的问题,基于PLC控制系统,选择油缸与气缸,以及两台三相异步电机,运用于灯罩旋压机控制系统中。对旋压机加工灯罩进行分析,建立旋压机工作数学模型,描述各工位的运动关系,设计出灯罩旋压机及其控制方法,通过仿真分析其加工效率及设计的可行性。实验结果表明,通过基于PLC独特改造的旋压机小批量生产灯罩,与原先旋压机对比,生产一个灯罩由30s缩减至18s,操作界面比汇编系统界面简单,控制稳定,生产效率得到了提高。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency on processing lampshade, based on PLC control system, we choose hydro-cylinders, air cylinders and two sets of three-phase asynchronous motors, which are used in the control system of the lampshade spinning machine. We analyze on the processing of lampshade spinning machine and establish its working mathematical model. Then we describe the motion relationship of each station in order to design a lampshade spinning machine and its control method. Afterwards, this article analyzes the feasibility of processing efficiency and designing through the simulation, and finally demonstrates through the experiment. The experimental results show that, while the spinning machine based on PLC produces lampshade in small quantities, the production time of a lampshade shortens from 30 seconds to 18 seconds compared with the original one. Its operation interface is much simpler than the assembly system so that it is more stable, which improves the production efficiency.
