摘　　要：通过梳理国内外智慧安居应用发展研究现状,分析智慧安居与智慧城市、城市信息化、智慧社区等概念在应用范围与系统功能实现上存在的差异,从而界定"智慧安居"的内涵。同时总结现有国际国内智慧安居的标准现状,分析智慧安居的特色与标准化需求,为我国智慧安居应用系统标准化建设提供参考。y combing the present research of application development of smart residing at home and abroad, this paper analyses the differences of smart city, city informatization and smart community on the range of application and the implement of system functions, and thereby defines the connotation of ＂smart residing＂ in. Meanwhile by summing up the present research of standardization at home and abroad, it analyses the characteristics and standard requirements of smart residing, which can provide guidance for the standardization of smart residing system application.
