摘 要:利用循环流化床常见故障风帽的实际模型,在搭建的冷态鼓泡流化床的试验台上对流化床正常风帽工况和故障风帽工况下流化床炉膛内复杂多相流动的工况进行模拟。并对正常风帽和故障风帽工况下循环流化床风室内的压力波动信号进行了采集,应用Welch功率谱估计法处理采集的压力波动信号,最终得出两种工况下功率谱密度(power spectral density,PSD)的分布情况。对比正常风帽与故障风帽工况下流化床风室内压力波动信号的功率谱密度分布情况,提取故障时的特征值,来实现流化床风帽故障的检测与诊断。试验表明,该方法能对流化床风帽的故障进行检测与诊断。提出应用welch功率谱估计法对流化床风帽故障检测的方法,为流化床风帽故障的在线检测提供参考。The use of circulating fluidized bed as common failure cap model, in cold bubbling fluidized bed test rig of fluidized bed under normal condition and fault cowl conditions include the operation condition of the complex muhiphase flow inside the chamber of a stove or furnace is simulated. Lee on normal cowl and fault cowl conditions indoor pressure fluctuation signal acquisition, application Welch power spectrum estimation method and treatment of pressure fluctuation signals collection, it is concluded that two kinds of working condition of the power spectral den- sity (power spectral density, PSD) distribution. Compared to normal cowl and fault cowl fluidized bed under the condition of indoor wind power spectral density distribution of pressure fluctuation signal to extract the fault charac- teristic value, to realize the circulating fluidized bed cowl fault detection and diagnosis. Experiment shows that this method can fault detection and diagnosis of fluidized bed hood. Put forward the application of fluidized bed hood Welch power spectrum estimation method fault detection method, for on-line detection of fluidized bed hood mal- function to provide the reference value.
