“一带一路”战略视阈下两岸经济合作的前景

摘　　要："一带一路"建设既是大陆扩大开放、振兴中华的战略决策,也是造福沿线人民的宏伟事业,对构建新型国际关系具有重要意义。本文在分析"一带一路"战略的时代特征基础上,围绕"一带一路"建设重点内容,结合两岸经济合作的基础和比较优势,分析了两岸共建"一带一路"的机遇和挑战。根据习近平主席关于两岸关系的系列讲话,笔者认为,只要两岸坚持以"共圆中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦"为目标,秉持"两岸一家亲"理念构建"命运共同体",就能在"一带一路"建设中迎来光明的前景。The ＂One Belt, One Road＂ initiative is not only a major national strategy for China＇s opening wider to the outside world and revitalizing the Chinese nation but also a great undertaking that will benefit the peoples along the routes. It will be of great significance in building a new type of international relations. Based on the characteristics of the times of the ＂One Belt, One Road＂ strategy, surrounding the theme of the ＂One Belt, One Road＂ development and combining with the comparative advantages of cross-Strait economic coop- eration, the paper elaborates on the opportunities and challenges in Cross-Strait efforts to jointly build the ＂One Belt, One Road＂. According to President Xi Jinping＇s series of speeches on the Cross-Strait relations, the author holds that the two sides of the Taiwan Straits can embrace a bright future in the construction of the ＂One Belt, One Road＂ as long as we persist in the goal of ＂realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and adhere to the conception of ＂people on both sides of the Taiwan Straits are members of one big family＂ so as to build a ＂community of shared destiny＂.
