某复合碘皮肤消毒剂开启后污染情况及消毒效果现场研究

摘　　要：目的研究小包装复合碘皮肤消毒剂开启后使用期限,为其科学有效的使用提供参考。方法通过活菌计数培养法,对某复合碘皮肤消毒剂最小包装瓶开启后不同时间染菌量进行检测,以判断使用最长有效期限。结果该复合碘皮肤消毒剂最小包装单元开启后连续使用1周之内,其消毒液内染菌量全部符合2012年版《医疗机构消毒技术规范》规定的标准。最小包装瓶开启后第10 d和第14 d,其染菌量超标率分别为9.03%和28.47%。皮肤消毒剂包装瓶开启后使用期限受气候影响,炎热季节污染速度更快。结论医院临床使用的小包装复合碘皮肤消毒剂开启后有效期以1周为限,夏季更应注意开启后消毒剂的污染。Objective To explore the validity date for skin disinfection independent small package of compound iodine af-ter opening,to offer the reference for scientific and effective usage of skin disinfection. Methods Count plate method was used to monitor the bacteria-contaminated in disinfection solution and disinfected skin surface in different time,to deter-mine the validity time after opening. Result All the bacterial count in disinfection solution were coincidence with the code of Regulation of disinfection technique in healthcare settings WS/T 367-2012 after opening within 7 days. The bacteri-um contamination exceeded code 9. 03% and 28. 47% at 10th and 14th day. The validity date for skin disinfection was af-fected by season climate. The polluted speed was faster in summer. Conclusion The validity duration of small package of compound iodine should be in 7 days after opening,we should pay more attention to disinfection pollution in summer.
