摘 要:目的研究重大活动卫生保障期间工作人员手卫生管理及手消毒效果。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,对某重大活动卫生保障工作人员手卫生消毒效果进行监测。结果餐饮从业人员用洗衣粉和肥皂洗手后,手卫生质量合格率为100%;用香皂和洗手液洗手后,则手卫生合格率不达标,即使再用含氯消毒液浸泡1 min仍然不达标。两种荧光生物检测仪对同一组人员手卫生检测结果存在明显差别。结论餐饮从业人员用肥皂洗手即可取得良好的洗手效果,但不同厂家生物荧光检测仪检测结果存在差别。Objective To study the hand sanitary control and hand disinfection effect of health security employees during large social activites. Methods ATP fluorescence detector was used to evaluate the effect of hand disinfection of employees served in a major conference. Results The hand hygiene pass rate after washing hands with soap and detergent was 100%. But using scented soap or hand sanitizer,even soaking in chlorine disinfectant for 1 minute cannot reach the required pass rate. The results of 2 different ATP fluorescence detectors on the same staff were significantly different. Conclusion Hand washing with soap can reach required standard of hand hygiene. ATP fluorescence detectors from different manufacturers may come out with different results.
