摘 要:针对综采工作面传统的喷雾降尘措施存在的易堵塞、雾化效果差、覆盖范围小等不足,提出了一套防堵塞,易安装的气水喷雾降尘系统。分析了气水喷嘴的雾化原理,通过实验确定了单个喷嘴最佳雾化效果的气水压力比,根据现场实际情况设计了气水喷雾模块及过滤系统,并在综采面采煤机安装应用,取得了良好的降尘效果。To solve the problems existed in traditional spraying dust suppression measures,such as easy blockage,poor atomization effect and small coverage,a set of gas- water spraying dust- settling system featured by anti- clogging and easy installation is set up. First,the atomizing mechanism of gas- water spraying is analyzed in this paper and then the pressure ration between gas and water for best atomization effect of each spray nozzle is determined through comprehensive experiment. Finally,the gas- water spraying model and corresponding filtration system are built according to actual field conditions and they are installed and applied in shearers in fully mechanized coal faces,which turn out to be beneficial to dust suppression.
